Scepters can accept Artificer Orbs

I put an Artificer's Orb onto a scepter, which currently has no rune functionality, resulting in a wasted orb.

I have come to realize that you can socket the new spirit talismans. Though not an issue, I do wish this information were more readily available in the game itself.
