Missing 2 ascendancy points Third Ascendancy

Hello there, I am playing on Xbox, just right now, I have suffered bugs of all kinds til now but this one has enervated me, I have just finished the third ascendancy on Sekhemas, the first time I have reached the scopion boss the combat has bugged because the scorpion on his jumps and burrow moves has placed behind the doors, his red hit bar disappeared and has been impossible to finish the combat. After trying to finish him I have logged out and logged in. The game has let me to end the combat and after kill the scorpion and been on the hall to get my points the game has closed suddenly. This is not a new bug, but after logging in I repeated out as before but the game don't let my to open the chests and get my deserved ascendancy points. PLEASE solve this.
