persistent infinite loading screen (xbox series x)

Edit: I have since posting this been able to successfully login to the character in question but I believe this is still an issue.
I literally cannot play the game on my level 91 DotH character because it is stuck in a persistent infinite loading screen. While attempting to traverse back to the temple of chaos via a portal from the ziggurat encampment my character has since been stuck in an infinite loading screen that persists despite: 1. force closing and relaunching the game 2. hard resetting my console while also disconnecting it from the wifi, then reconnecting 3. attempting to sign into another DotH character (successfully) then signing out and trying to sign into the 91 DotH character (still in infinite reloading screen hell) This has been happening while mapping and trying to return to maps via portal in hideout, usually force closing the game then relaunching would fix this and load me in on the map side of the portal after logging in. I am pretty dumbfounded and disappointed; I feel overwhelmingly dissuaded from playing the game despite how much I generally love it and greatly wish for its success--even through some significant criticisms and frustration with certain design choices/philosophy that you guys have made and are doubling down on. Same has happened to me. The only thing that fixed it was to create a new character, then load the original one again. This results in losing your inspired ultimatum stone but you can play again. Same issue has also happened just randomly running maps from my hideout. This is very frustrating as it can result in the loss of a good T15 waystone.

Same for me here, can't play anymore with my main character in season 0.2 of poe2 ! I'm stuck indifinitely at the loading screen of the chimeral wetlands. I'm on Xbox series x, I've tried several solutions and nothing worked. Please help me or patch urgently !
