Partial Paralysis Bug!

Ok so I opened a strongbox and suddenly my character couldn't move AT ALL! no spells no movement nothing, but I could use potions, I had to log out and back into the game to not die, which fortunately I didn't and was able to move and attack again. At first I thought it was some kind of paralysis move but I was paralysed WAY too long for it to be an intention condition.
