Server Crash in Trial of Sekhamas

Console : Xbox Series X
Server : Canada east
Character: Javazon-
Skills: LS/Primal strike/disengage/Execute/Frenzy/HOLightning.

Happened 2 Times when selecting Chalice Trial only. All other trials work fine. Crash is straight to Xbox dashboard.
