Blink cannot be used during cd of disengage. Vice Versa

For some reason, Blink is taking the cooldown off Disengage. They shared the cooldown even though they shouldn't be sharing it, right?

Not a bug. Both classified as Travel skills, and Travel skills share cooldowns.

ty for clarified, but where do i see if they have tag as travel skill?
I mean other movement skills is not counted tho. |

its turns out to be a localization error. Thats whre the confusion came from.
