Dying during ritual bricked entire map

https://imgur.com/a/poe2-0-2-bricked-map-x2CMASJ died during the last ritual encounter of Seepage. I then respawned at the boss checkpoint, but now am unable to move. The checkpoint was right at the edge of the ritual and now I can't complete the map.
