No map completion after clearing The Silent Cave

I have cleared the entire room and the map is still saying that the map is in progress.

My steps to reproduce were:

1. Clear all 4 essences around the room.
2. Kill the boss in the middle of the room.
3. Search for any remaining content.

So its possible i did not get the reward to get 2 passives points after completing this unique map.

Issue occurred again in the new patch unfortunately.

This time I defeated 2 essences around the border and then killed the big essence in the middle but still did not get map completion even though I was using a tier 15 map.
