Bug on skill+unique interaction

Crown of eyes + Sigil of Power.
It doesn't work as stated. There's no increase to attacks from the spell damage while standing in the area of effect. This was found by my buddy weebz Last bumped on Apr 15, 2025, 6:40:36 PM

Thanks for your report, this is intended.
Crown of Eyes causes Increases and Reductions to also apply to Attacks, Sigil of Power provides More spell damage not Increased. |
