Act 3 Blacksmith/Vendor still missing, and Auto Follow..

PS5 Coop, the vendor is STILL missing in act 3. this has been since launch come on how is this not fixed.

Side note the Auto Follow system for Coop is absolutely junk, NPC's follow just fine but others in couch coop might as well be blind the auto follow is so bad.
