Delvin blocked the exit of the cave after defeating the spirit

Delvin blocked me in a small cave after a fight with a spirit in the Infested Barrens location. After chasing and fighting with the spirit, he stopped right at the entrance to the cave, which prevented me from getting out. I had to use the portal.

Had him block a pathway on venom pits. Seems like his hitbox needs to be reduces or removed.
