Curse doesn't work with blasphemy

Yesterday, everything still normal, I socketted temporal chain to blasphemy and monster sstill got slow down. But, today I was tried some map and nothing happen, monster action got no effected by temporal chain. And when I take it out and cast by my own, the curse still work normal. Is it a bug?
