Shockwave totem Severe Level Scaling Nerf in 0.2.0

There was no patch note that I could find about a shockwave totem nerf, so I am clinging to the hope that this happened by accident while y'all were adjusting other skills/minions etc. But it appears that the incremental damage per level for shockwave totem has gone from approximately 15% per level down to 10% per level.

This results in an overall damage reduction of around 83% at full build (lvl 40 Shockwave totem), rendering Shockwave totem no longer endgame viable by a pretty wide margin.

If this wasn't on purpose, I'm calling it to your attention so that it might be fixed. If it was, really hoping you'll reconsider. Skill was a lot of fun to play, required significant investment to max out, and only ever hit around 500K overall dps at endgame anyway--significantly below the more broken class of builds.

I made it to Act III cruel before the level of the nerf really sunk in--really wish this had been in the patch notes and I would have just done something different.

Anyway, still appreciate y'all and everything you do for us. Still think the game has a lot of potential to be excellent. Would love to have a viable totem option for the subset of us that love that playstyle.
