Stuck at The Phaaryl Megalith

After activating the obelisks and killing the 1st boss, 2nd boss appeared (Grudgeleash, Vile Thorn) and is in idle state.

No attacks damage boss.
Boss does no attacks, no animations.
Cannot leave the arena.
After logout, the login is forced into the arena, the fight does not reset.
Character is stuck at the arena.
