Can't zone out of clearfell encampment to clearfell in fresh character. I am stuck..

I made a fresh character on hunt and went to clearfell encampment, accepted the 2 quests. Then before I could zone to clearfell I messaged for a trade and TP to their hideout. Came back to encampment but zone to clearfell is bugged, it won't let me leave.

I have restarted etc no good.
