Weapon Skill Set Bugged - No Tooltip or Ability to Change

I had my XBOW in Weapon Set 2 (WS2) and a Bow in Weapon Set 1(WS1). I didn't realize this when going to my gem skills and I was able to turn off Galvanic Shards and Shockburst Rounds to WS1. I then tried to turn Voltaic Grenade to WS2 and my Stormcaller Arrow to WS2. I now cannot use stormcaller arrow or voltaic grenade and they dont show up on the skill tree tooltip. I can change stormburst rounds and galvanic shards, but cannot get the tooltip to even show stormcaller arrows or voltaic grenade anymore to change them.

My character cannot progress through campaign anymore and is effectively stuck.

Tried Relog, and Changing my Weapon Slots. Only fix that works is cutting a new gem and socketing.
