Request for Infernal Flame to replace mana bar

I just hit 4th ascendancy and got the Witch ascendancy Infernal flame and it replaces mana with infernal flame. It removes the mana bar from the bar above your characters head leaving only the HP bar. Is there a possibility of getting an Infernal Flame bar to replace the mana bar instead of removing the mana bar leaving 2 bars instead of just HP?
