Corrupted Nexus Map bugged...

I died to a boss but the boss died after to DOT that i had, which led to the map completing. I respawned but no corrupted boss spawned, my corrupted areas around the nexus are cleansed but i did not get my atlas points. I still have portals as well so the map was not a failure. ive been bugged out of 4 atlas skill points now and it doesnt feel great ....
