Cant enter corrupted nexus

Quest says complete a tier 2+ corrupted nexus. I place a T2 map, tried T3, with mods and without, but the traverse button is greyed out, so i cant open it. Is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?

Are there enough mods on waystone (4+)?

Well, no. Tried a 4 mods waystone and now it works. Maybe i missed something, but nowhere did i see that it has to have 4 mods. Thank you.
