Stuck in the loading screen to The Trial of Chaos

Hi there,

My character (Kheldara Morghulis) is stuck in the loading screen going into The Trial of Chaos. I have quit the game and tried logging back into my character just to still be stuck. I then quit the game, turned off my Xbox Series X, waiting for a few minutes before turning it back on and logging back onto my character just to still be stuck in the loading screen. I've done this twice now with no relief.. I've even logged into a different character and then back again just to see if it might jog my toon loose but nothing seems to be working..

Please help get my character unstuck. I was loading in to take on the 4th trial boss to try to get my second ascendancy points in Act 3. I don't want to loose my progress and I don't want to lose the Inscribed Ultimatum if it does need to be reset for some reason..
