Item dissappear after 5 seconds

Hello , I tryed to reset the game but îs still not working , with item filter or not ...still after 5 sec all items are disappearing . this bug îs for PS5 pro

Toggle so drops always shows.

Not a bug, its an option.
Make items allways show in options |

its the same even if I dont use any Item Fliter ...items disappear after 5 seconds

As they said, turn on Always Highlight in the game options under Interface - Gameplay.
By default, (Z) will also toggle showing items and interaction labels on and off. On Controller this is defaulted to LT + Dpad Right. For some reason, GGG now defaults this setting to off for new characters. | |
