Constant Server disconnections are driving me crazy.

I’m reaching out to express my ongoing frustration with a recurring issue I’ve experienced in the game. I’ve lost count of how many times I have been disconnected from the servers, resulting in significant lost experience, loot, and progression.

I know you are constantly releasing patches for various reasons but from my point of view these patches seem to be focused on the endgame. If the servers keep crashing and rolling back progress the way they are doing there will be people that never get to the end game.

Meanwhile, it feels like the focus has shifted primarily to promoting micro transactions rather than addressing these connection issues.

It’s incredibly disheartening to invest time and resources into content, only to have it all wiped due to issues beyond my control.

I truly enjoy the game, but these repeated disruptions are making it difficult to stay engaged. I hope you take this feedback seriously and provide a solution or some form of acknowledgment to affected players.

While i do agree and i'm one of those that is affected by these servers promoting a box is not shifting focus. Server dudes do not focus on mtx nor just typing 1 auto msg to the system shifts focus.

I agree that they need to release a statement about these server issues but saying focus is shifting to mtx is crazy. Mtx people are always separate then people working on the bugs or servers so yeah.
I get that the Mtx comment is combining two separate issues, but when you see a yellow notification pop up on the left side of your screen every hour promoting "mystery boxes" in the store, it naturally raises the question, How can I entertain the idea of purchasing something for the game, if I can't play what I'm given? I don't want to come across as an arrogant arse at all. I love the game and I just want it to work without disconnecting.
