Semi permanent invisible slow on character.

Currently going through the Sandswept Marsh and near the end of the Rootdredge fight, or the rare I fought just after, I was applied with an invisible slow debuff. It was a full slow for Run/attack/skill speed.

Going to town and healing at a well plus waiting a while shopping/crafting did not remove the buff. I should have logged out to see if that removed it, but I chose to just die next to a checkpoint. The slow was removed.

I wish I could be more detailed but it only clicked in once I started combat again and thought "wait, why am I and why have I been so slow the last 5 minutes". With this in mind I wonder if it is similar to the armor break issue. Hope this helps, thanks for all your effort.
