Disconnect roll back and the map portals disappear

Line I said in the title the disconnect issue is so frustrating, I've tried charging server and it's noticeable better but I still get 10-15 disconnect's a day, on top of that there's a roll back every time and my map portals disappear and the map will automatically fail and I can't access it ever again. How am I supposed to do arbiter or any important boss in the game if I might get dc-ed in the middle of it and I will lose everything. And before anyone will say "oh your internet is bad" it's not I've got 990mg broadband and the cable plugged in. Does anyone have any solution for this or the poe2 servers are just irreparable?
