Problems with Omen of Whittling

Hello GGG, got a 6 mod XBOW with modifiers 50+ and 1 modifier for lvl1 (Mongoose +8 dexterity). When i use Omen of Whittling it show's dat i will remove T6 Increased Physical Damage (lvl 60 req) instead lvl 1 dexterity (level 1 req). Explain please how it works, or its a bug need to fix.

" Plenty of reports, it's clearly a bug with fractured items. Unclear if it's just visual or omen is actually going to remove what it highlights. Pls fix. |
