Crash to desktop in Trial of Sekhemas. Can't ascend.

I cannot complete the Trial of Sekhemas and therefore can't get the ascension points. I'm at the Boss on the first floor. I can enter the bossroom, but as soon as i walk up to the stone giant boss Monster and it's "wake up animation" start the game freezes and then crashes to Desktop. I tried verious different settings(Vulcan/DX12, Dlss on/off, settings all to minimum, Vsync on/off, Fullscreen, windowed, windowed-fullscreen,...).
PLS HELP!

PS I Know I can ascend with trial of chaos in Act 3 but I cannot get these 2 ascendency point
