Can Doryani sell T15 maps?

I just did T16 map, leveled up but Doryani still sells T14 only. Is there a way for him to sell 15 or is 14 max?

theres a not so well known way, where you could just buy a bunch of lower tier maps and use the reforging device to upgrade them to 1 tier higher.
repeat as many times as necessary [Removed by Support]
