Boss stuck in the Phaaryl Megalith - player character stuck in zone

In the Phaaryl Megalth Saphira got stuck inside the worms bodies that stayed in the terrain. She cant get damaged and i cant zone out.

Same issue for me, I'm stuck in the map and boss is frozen.

Also having the same issue. One of the two final bosses spawned into a wall left by the Act1 devourer boss and is untargetable.
