During Acts/play Freezee then black screen with 2 gear wheel

Hello everyone , during the play i am now in acts have one problem sometimes i got Freeze for few seconds after i got black screen with 2 gears wheel like loading screen then after my discovered paths on map disappeared and appears only Text with waypoint and checkpoints i have a clip on Medal what actually shows u with problem i struggle.
My PC: Ryzen 7 9800x3D
RTX 4070ti
32gb ram
M2 ofc
2k Resolution
