Shader compilation stutters.

I get constant spikes on the performance metric graph on shaders.
CPU and GPU are stable at 4-5 MS at all time. Memory and Vram are stable. Network is stable at around 35-45 ms.

PC specs: i5-13600K, Radeon RX 7900 XTX, 32 Gb RAM. The game is on NVME SSD drive.

Upscaling disabled, Vsync disabled, Dynamic Culling disabled.
FPS capped to 69 in drivers (not memeing, but this somehow removes screen tearing for me in every game. my monitors are 75 hz refresh rate). Uncapping it doesn't fix the issue.
Triple buffering disabled. Enabling it doesn't fix the stuttering.
Graphics are all maxed. Putting on all low doesn't fix it either.
Vulkan or dx12 - doesn't matter, same issue.

I tried every single advice I could find on the internet. Nothing worked.

Please, GGG, do something about this.
I love POE2, but this is the only game where I get that sort of stuttering. I played Wukong and KCD 2 all maxed out - silky smooth. Why does POE 2 is so darn choppy, despite rock solid stable FPS and network?

Look at the performance graph. The only thing that's spiking are shaders.

Man I'm having the same thing and I'm looking for fixes. It's driving me nuts, giving me constant mini-stutters, really ruining the fun.

I've tried just about every setting I can but it just won't help, commenting in hopes that someone comes along with a fix of sorts.
It just keeps happening...

Nothing works. Some areas are stuttering like crazy due to CONSTANT shader spikes.
The only thing that helps me personally in such cases is restarting the game. It's very annoying, but I can't even imagine what would happen if restarting the game didn't help.

I finally figured it out.

For some reason, when I have wallpaper engine in the background, POE2 gets massive lag spikes on shaders on the performance graph.
I have no clue how that make any sense. Wallpaper Engine eats like 1% of my CPU.

In any case, if I pause Wallpaper Engine, it completely fixes shader stutters in POE2.
