Ascent to Power Act2 talk to Zarka Bug

Return to the Ardura Caravan and talk to Zarka.

Zarka has no Mission Pointer above him.
Talking to does nothing.
Dessert map has no Location for Trail.
I have the Djinn Barya. I also killed Jamanra and went to act3.
now i can not ascent.
Seems i am not the only player who has this problem.
pls help!

ok, found the problem. the quest item was missing from Balbala's Barya from Balbala in Traitor's Passage.

So you just kill the Balbala again and drop the item? Cause that not happen to me

Yeah, it still say's Return to the Ardura Caravan and speak to Zarka. I went back to kill Balbala and she doesnt drop the item. I also checked my stash and dont have it. I've tried killing her about 10-15 times and also tried in normal. But still bugged in cruel and cannot move foward to endgame.
