POE 2 - character stuck in map, crashes when trying to log in

My character crashed in a map, and now I cannot access the character, since the game crashes every time I try to log in on that specific character.

tried to log in every now and then, and about 1 hour after the bug, I was able to log in

Stuck at Dreadnought act 5. After login the zone load and immediately crashes. Is there a way to force start a new zone at login?
