CHARACTER STUCK

My Amazon character got stuck in a finished map. I accidentally clicked the portal to the finished map and the client popped out following massage: fatal error in matadata blablabla....then game crushes. I played my other character for 30min to make sure the map closed on server, but still cannot login with my Amazon.
