Trial of Chaos - Time Paradox speeds up Reforming Minions

In the Trial of Chaos, you can select a modifier called Time Paradox, which causes buffs to expire 3x faster and debuffs to expire 3x slower. I chose it because I have no buff skills.

Then I noticed, as my minions died, the "Reforming Minions" timer was counting down way faster than normal.

It seems like it's a buff placed on the character, and hence expires three times as fast, resulting in minions coming back in about 3 seconds instead of 10.
