Final boss stuck in The Phaaryl Megalith

The final boss gets stuck inside the corpse or texture of the previous boss. Engaging or damaging the final boss becomes impossible, making completing the map impossible.

On top of that, it's also impossible to leave the map — there is no portal or way to return to hideout from the map after this bug occurs. You're basically stuck there. 😀
