3.26 expectations

Many of us are (im)patiently waiting for the next league, it has been delayed for quite some time now.

How close to perfect does the league need to be in order for GGG to win back your good graces?

Will you stay for 3.27 if 3.26 is a flop?

Would another 9 month drought between leagues be the final straw?

What are you hoping to see in 3.26?

There will be no 3.26 anymore. They will announce that PoE2 needs too much resources and shut down 1.

Time to move on and boot up LE next week

I hope to see 3.26. That's as far as my hopes go. I don't necessarily share the optimism of people saying "just wait, it will come out one day". It's not like we know it will or anything, all we know is that GGG have said so, which doesn't really mean much to me.

I hope we'll see it. I hope it'll be good. And I hope it's not half-arsed, giving people and GGG an excuse for culling it.

One of the things I expect is the addition of at least some of the Phrecia Ascendancies. They really shouldn't waste those on just private leagues.

I would LOVE them to go core. Or just adding them as Forbidden Flesh/Flame options would also be OK.

I think 3.25 should go core with additions from Phrecia with some exclusions.
People are playing this league for nearly one year. Dropping the mechanics without a big replacement would probably leave people with an empty feeling after getting use to this mechanics for so long.

After all this roasting of GGG from the Poe 1 community they should be very aware that people have high expectations to make up for all the unfulfilled promises. So I think for many of us it's like in regards of 3.26 to GGG "Go big or go home."

For my personal wish list I like to see the currency exchange to go core. Kingsmarch with shippings could get broken very fast on Sdt I think. So I wish they drop it and replace it with something else where gold can be spend besides currency exchange.
Biggest wish: Please no giant nerf hammer! Only if GGG reaaaaally wants to minimize there playerbase and income.
And of caurse last but not least a "Delete all beasts" button in the Menagerie *lol*

If 3.26 flops I’m done. It has become painfully obvious that GGG has lost the plot as to what PoE is and is supposed to be. Almost a year between leagues? Give me a break, it’s ludicrous and let’s get 100% real for a second PoE2/10 isn’t good enough to bounce to after a PoE 1 league has gotten stale.

I fear there will be a permanent exodus if this development cycle continues.

I think the numbers will be worse then prior anyway having left such a huge gap between real content releases and they will probably use this to justify abandoning it.

I don't think they should bake in the phrecia ascendancies though, players want them because they are busted which is the same reason they should be kept available but in private leagues.

I'd like to see some semblance of normalcy return to PoE1 but honestly I can't really remember what needed changing anymore because its been on the current patch for so long, the developers will also have this problem.

So really I don't know what I expect but what I would like is some fairly sweeping meta changes as we've had the current set for so long, gut trickster/EE as it deserves and whatever else was really busted that I can't remember then just give us a kill things in a circle with rewards and a few bosses league.

I'd be happy with that, hell I had a blast with phrecia even though it was about my 7th start on settlers.

Edit: If they actually want to support PoE1 properly instead of abandoning it they need to move the story forwards, we've skipped endgame expansions for years and its about time we got new pinnacles/endgames and they can trash T17/Ubers like they should have if they'd followed the original release schedule format.

Some balance changes, maybe a rework of one or two older league mechanics, rework of the remaining untouched classes, a decent "just kill stuff" league mechanic.

Just the good old plain and simple recipe for a decent league.
