Ascent to Power Act 2 Cruel Bugged?

The quest now says " Return to the Ardura Caravan and speak to Zarka about what you have just found" but once i get to Zarka on Act2 Cruel nothing happens. I cant complete this step.
I dont know if it this quest that is blocking me on the end game from being able to do maps. "You cannot acess endgame content until you have completed the campaign". Please help! Thank you Last bumped on Apr 8, 2025, 12:40:35 PM

"This is just a quest to get Ascendancy points, you don't need to talk to Zarka in Act 5. To get the 3rd Ascendancy, you need Djinn Barya with 3 trials lvl 60+.
