Elemental Expression has extreme mana drain

Hello,

Playing an Invoker with "Elemental Expression" as granted skill through ascension passive "..and Scatter Them to the Winds" and it drains my mana extremely if it gets trigger with critical hits. I have about 800 mana and its drained after 2-3 triggers.

There is no stat or indicator that "Elemental Expression" uses or needs any mana at all!

It seems bugged to me because I don't think this works as intended! Anyone else can confirm or clarify please? Thanks!

I have same issue. Elemental Expression is triggered spell, so no mana cost, and it drains like a hell my mana while I'm using Ice Strike!
Fix it, while this ascendancy is completely unussable now!

The skill does have mana cost, as seen on https://poe2db.tw/us/Elemental_Expression (the information extracted from the game files)

The bug here is that this cost never gets displayed in tooltips in game.

The display definitely needs to be fixed, but the mechanical interaction seems(?) to be intentional (even if I might dislike it)
