Deadeye's Endless Munitions passive does not work with some spear skills

Storm Lance works fine, but Lightning Spear and Explosive Spear don't.

Lightning Spear - Modifiers to the number of Projectiles fired only affect the maximum number of lightning bolt Projectiles
Explosive Spear - Projectile count cannot be modified |

The text on Lightning Spear explicitly states "Modifiers to the number of projectiles fired only affect the maximum number of lightning bolt projectiles." You aren't supposed to get multiple spears.
