Loot Drops need some work

So my league start was a bit of an experience, i gave up for the weekend due to the crashes. However, I've been playing Huntress today between crashes and the loot seemed really bad too, so i recorded it - at least until i got bored.

The TLDR is that out of 27 chests (13 Rare, 13 Magic and 1 White) and 3 strongboxes (2 rare and 1 magic), i got 1 rare item and mostly trash - the most obvious being around 40 gold from a rare chest and 3 from a magic one. This not a 3rd-party loot filter issue as i wasn't using one. Your loot drop system needs a look.

You kill an act boss and its dropped 3 blue items and 2 white?!?
Also the items are always for another class what is this, ruthless mode or what.
Vendors also have junks only, no fun 0.2!

I am level 40 and have not used a loot filter, because so little loot is dropping.

I rarely see any rares that are possibly useful, but on inspection are useless.

There is no way available to me to craft any alterations to these so they get sold or disenchanted.

This is not an attack on the devs, just my experience.

I want to believe!

There is loot in this game? I am act 3 and maybe had 6 exalts dropped and a handfull rare items, mostly not for my class and mostly spears...


Great cycle of git gud here. I cant make progress, because i am way to weak. I am weak, because i dont upgrade / buy new items. I cant do that, because i wont get any currecny to do so. I dont kill enemies to get currency, because i am to weak...

Kinda softlocked.

The drop table was clearly tinkered with and not in a good way, the only thing giving loots is gamble at every major point in an Act. Bosses don't give loot, rares don't give loot, chest don't give loot, the campaign is barren.

It looks like most of the drop table was reversed back to pre-0.1.1

100% T15+ jucied maps are garbage drops....100 new uniques - where?!!

I did maps for half a day and still sporting gear from act 3 >_>

but you are supposed to craft your upgrades from non existed currency what are you doing? you aren't enjoying it? l2p skill issue surely. /s

The only issues I have are the amount of orbs you get and Iam playing huntress and if maybe got 6-7 spear drops and Iam in act 4 but I’ve gotten dozens of quarter staff drops.. and you should get plenty of orbs to try and upgrade blues to rare so you can actually craft and find an upgrade because most the time it ends up being garbage and when you only get 1 maybe 2 exalt orb an act you end up playing with super under level gear. It’s leveling you should be swapping out gear left and right seeing what works getting that rush of ohhh that’s what I was looking for but no it’s more ohh more garbage
