Stuck in the trial of chaos

So here is the situation, I was compleeting the first trial of chaos on my character to get 2 ascendancy points and reached the third level, where you need to guide the statue from the beginning to the end to unlock the platform to the next level. There were no enemies on the level itself, and when the statue reached the end, the platform did't go down. I can't exit the trial, and I can't tp either, since the game does not allow it, Is that a bug and what should I do?
