Frenzy Charges from Parry Usage

Instead of Frenzy Charges from parries being linked directly to Disengage specifically, I recommend that all usage of the Parried Debuff should allow the generation of a Frenzy Charge.

With the way things are, people feel compelled to use Disengage after all Parries, but the reality is that jumping back from a single mob to generate a Frenzy Charge because you parried them feels terrible. There are skills that let you combo off of a Parry (like Fangs of Frost), but if you use them instead you lose the Frenzy Charge, which fuels basically every ranged spear skill. The period of time when you want to use Disengage is not directly after a Parry, it's when you're beginning to be swarmed and need to escape, which doesn't line up with getting a Parry because swarms come with ranged attacks and you can't Parry those.

I think any time you consume a Parried debuff on an enemy, you should have a chance to generate a Frenzy Charge. Then take away the Frenzy Charge on Disengage and give it something else that gets bonuses off of a Parried enemy, which will allow it to be more effective and not just a generation source for Frenzy Charges.

In order to do this, we are adding a new Skill on the second row of the Spear skills called Cull the Weak. This skill is effectively the same as Killing Palm on the Monk, but for Frenzy charges. If a monster is in Culling Range, using Cull the Weak will charge towards the monster, kill it instantly, and give you a Frenzy charge. This skill should be patched in over the next few days.

Is not the answer because a skill specific to cull is worthless. You're expecting players to notice in the mess of monsters that one random monster is near death, and not only have to target them with a specific attack that's off-key, but also it rushes you to them bringing you into a potentially worse situation, all for one Frenzy Charge? That's so utterly pointless.

Above the usability concerns, it's useless during boss fights. Right now the player's options during boss fights are: Go without Frenzy Charges, waste all parries on Frenzy Charges using Disengage (which is not going to be all that effective in a boss fight), or dedicate 30 Spirit on Combat Frenzy, which doesn't help for Cold-focused builds at all because you get 2-3 freezes at most during a boss fight and Combat Frenzy only triggers off of those.

Parries generating Frenzy Charges on their own is a great source of Frenzy Charges, and doesn't push people into the absurd Disengage rotation that they are doing which is hugely detrimental to the gameplay of the weapon class.
