Boost Upgrade drops (Whetstones & Scraps)

Aside from all the blue orbs and exalts, I think what really needs to be buffed in DROPS are the [Blacksmith's Whetstone] and [Armorer's Scrap] to allow for decision-based improvements. I feel it would really improve the leveling experience being able to adjust you damage or defences if your build is not matching the level scaling. Dismantling them from loot is a plus but it shouldn't be the main source to get them as its too tedious (and power draining for PCs with the back and forth gathering of loot) It feels bad that its rarer than some regals or exalts especially early game.
