Gem bugs/oversights/requests (0.2.0b)

Starting a new thread cos there are too many threads for me to search for an existing one. Will probably get buried anyway.

Current bugs(?), oversights and requested changes for skill/spirit/support gems:

-Spectral Volley's spectral projectiles disappear when changing weapon sets. I want to use Spectral Volley on either Storm Lance or Lightning Spear, but the arrows disappear when switching to my quarterstaff for melee.

-Energy resets when leaving a zone (whether TPing home, or entering zone normally). Tested with Cast on Shock spirit gem and Volt support gem, but probably applies to other gems as well. Would be better if energy was retained.
