Passive skill jewels lost in New patch 0.2 (POE 2)

Playing a Ranger I recently saw that multiple jewels where missing after the new pathing in the passive skill tree was introduce. Is there a way to get my jewels back please?

look patch notes ,there was a command to get them back.

12 Jewel Sockets have been removed from the Passive Skill Tree. Existing characters with Jewels in these removed sockets can reclaim their Jewels to their main inventory using the new /reclaimjewels chat command.
Although note i've seen a few posts now saying its bugged and doesnt return all the jewels, so bear that in mind |
