The game fries my GPU - everything is the lowest possible. How?

Did they restart my settings? What did they do to make it like this, it's not normal. The game was completely fine before, now the smallest cluster/boss fight skyrockets my temp to 80+ degrees on 3080, everything the lowest.


Why, it was the same garbage in PoE 1. I don't understand how it can become so badly optimized
