Idol of Uldurn not working with Rain of Arrow

Hi, Idol of Uldurn is not working with Rain of Arrow even if the skill tooltip say "Arrow Rain Maximum 2" if you cast another the one already in use just disappear.

Seems to be similar to the effect of Overabundance which means it won't work on Rain of Arrows. Rain of Arrows doesn't mention Limit but rather Maximum which is not affected by increases to Limit modifier.
