Which boss calls the Exile a Cretin during the fight?

Im gathering several sounds and etc for a DND campaign and one of them that fits perfectly for what i need was from POE here. Its been a while since i retired from this game but i remember there was a boss who said CRETIN at you in a very energetic voice and i always loved that voiceline, i just cant for the love of god remember who is it that yells this insult at you. Anyone have a cluE?

Not sure. Could be the wolf guy. Also sounds like something one of the betrayal members might say.

Trying to recall, I don't think it's a boss, I think it's the Templar Guards during Heist (Perhaps the Security Specialists).
