Can we actually get the skill gem adjustment notes?

Why are these completely omitted? How are we supposed to tell the relative difference of each skill? Like were most spells gigabuffed with Archmage being gutted? How much is Arc getting buffed when it lost almost all of its scaling per chain despite already being unused? Most spells were barely usable or unusable even with Stormweaver and Archmage being OP but almost every aspect of those were nerfed. So it would be nice to know if spells were adjusted at a base level enough to know if Sorceress is the new Warrior.
