Portal after map completion not usable

As title states. Finished Maze T14 Map and went to use a portal scroll to leave, portal appeared but could not click or interact with it (exited to character select screen to get around it)

That means the instance crashed, so there was no where to portal to. Fairly uncommon, but I've seen this myself a handful of times over the last several years. Character select is the only workaround since all portals would lead back to the crashed hideout.

Not really sure how GGG would even fix instance crashing entirely. Probably massive amounts of legacy code that would have to be rewritten from the ground up, so not high on their radar sadly.
